Q: I ordered online, but would like to cancel? Can I cancel my order?

     A: We apologize, but once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please carefully review your order before submitting.

 

Q: Do you offer refunds?

     A: We do not offer any refunds or exchanges. However, if there is any mistake on our part, we are happy to offer exchanges of the product. Please note that we can only accept the returned product if it is in its original condition and not damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Q: Can I make a change to my order?

     A: We always strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we request you to double-check your order and make sure it is correct before placing it. However, we understand that sometimes small adjustments may be necessary, and customer satisfaction is our top priority.

If your order has not been fulfilled yet, you may make a change of equal or higher value. Any difference in price must be paid on the same day. If you are getting a Custom Luxe Wig and would like to make a change to the styling, color, or other specifications, this is a case-by-case scenario and must be discussed with us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
